Pastor Ryan Fray

Ryan has dedicated eight years to ministry within the PAOC, holding roles as a Student Ministry Pastor, Young Adult Pastor, and Assistant Pastor. In 2016, he felt called to plant Transformation Community Church Winnipeg, where he began teaching and preaching while continuing to serve in various leadership roles. He now serves as Lead Pastor. Ryan and Rachelle met at Booth University College, where Ryan was pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in Religion—a program that inspired, challenged, and transformed him. Since its founding, TCC has planted church campuses in Canada and internationally.

Rachelle Fray earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and (BA) in General Study degree from Booth University College, where she focused on Social Work Studies. Her kindness, love for people, and attention to detail are just some of the qualities that make her an essential part of the dynamic team she shares with Pastor Ryan.
